2.3: Rachel goes back to work at her old firm where she meets and starts dating Danny (Hugh Dancy), even though he is 21 and she's 28. Jenny persuades Adam to reply to a lonely hearts advert. When he goes on a date, he bumps into Rachel and Danny – and causes a scene. As Pete's marital problems worsen, he gets comfort from Amy while on a company motivational trip. There's chaos when Karen and David arrange surprise trips for each other.
2.4: Karen is so fed up with talking about kids, nannies and house prices that she decides to have a mid-life crisis (involving marijuana and a tattoo). Pete's friendship with Amy turns into an affair – and Jenny gets to find out. Rachel and Adam acknowledge that they still have strong feelings for each other.
